I've tried my box and a neighbours and the MUX E4+1 is on has been unwatchable for about 2-3 days.
(Cant say exactly I dont watch much myself)

I'm registering wild fluctuations between 38 -51% and quality bouncing between 10 and 80%

The other muxes are only registering about 60-65% power but are at least stable.
High speed motion on ITV2 MUX channels is terrible though (like massively overcompressed jpegs)
Normal power around here has been 70-80% up until after the jubilee when it suddenly dipped
the week after to that 60% ish level.

E4+1 from Sutton is O.K. for me (although the bit rate, as always is lower than the BBC), as you can see it is on
Mux Channel 45 so I guess your area is having difficulty receiving that channel for some reason, unless you
share an aerial with your neighbour

BTW
ITV2 is on MUX Channel 46

Thanks ezra

I dont get the signal values around here at all.
No its not a shared aerial and to get even these values we have to use an amp.
(no its not over driving - I did check that before posting)
Its not signal skipping or overshoot I dont think -( i wonder what the radiation pattern looks like)
inversion layers would affect all freeview channels (the entire band is too close for one to suffer and the others not)
and they wouldnt last days at a time anyway
As far as I can tell we have direct line of sight with no tall buildings etc in the way
We are only about 10 miles away for the xmitter - its very annoying.
