Apparently I haven't got a hard disk

After a retune to get back ITV4 (rugby world cup) I'm getting a message that I haven't got a hard disk. What have I done wrong?

That is what you see if you try to access the WebIF while the box is still booting up. Refresh the page a few seconds later and everything should be normal again.
