Aura guide confused

I think the attached image is an example of the Aura getting confused by a mismatch between the over the air guide and the the additional information that comes via the Internet.

So as you've set it up is it the Test or A303 you are hoping to catch?
What title did it use in the actual EPG table?

Just looked at ours (@1300) as I was setting up another recording. Looks exactly as yours.
I wonder what difference disconnecting the internet might make.

The perils of using two information sources without cross checking.

Worth sending screen shot th Humax support to see how they attempt to explain it away!

FWIW I have had a similar mismatch between the programme title and the synopsis (although not a mixture of synopses) with other Himaxes not connected to the internet. I blame padding for that problem - which I'm sure isn't the cause in this case.

Just to finish this topic off, the programme that was broadcast at 19:00 was indeed the A303 so the over the air guide was correct. The programme did start with the continuity announcer saying that it was a change of schedule. The test highlights were on BBC2 at the same time and recorded successfully.

Here's the history of this event:
Sch 01 00:00:24 Event 18048:21704 51:17 added 2023/07/08 18:00:00 01:00:00 "Today at the Test: England v..." So it was a day and 5 hours before transmission that the programmes were changed.
The questions remain about where on the "internet" this schedule comes from, where does this or these outfits get the original data from (probably from the off-air EPG or scraping some other "internet" site) and how (in)accurate it is.
The off-air guide is always going to be the most correct source, as that is closest to the organisations actually transmitting the programmes.

My guess is that half the information was taken from the OTA EPG at the time the recording was scheduled and the other half is being taken from the current OTA epg with no reference to the internet.
The puzzle to me is why the Aura didn't cancel the recording when the programme crid changed - perhaps because the same event number was used rather than assigning a new event number.

If the data was being cached then I would it expect it to be available immediately but there is a distinct delay before it appears which is similar to what happens when using the backwards EPG. I guess the real test would be to disconnect the box from the internet and see what happens.
