Auto moving of recordings without 'sweeper' being installed

Some of my recordings move themselves to a non-top level folder shortly after they have been completed but I do not, and never have had, 'sweeper' installed. On the whole this is a good side-effect of the Custom Firmware but I'm wondering whether this is a generally 'known', and intended, feature as I don't recall seeing a reference to it and cannot locate it being mentioned elsewhere.

The simplest way to duplicate this is:
· Set a series record schedule entry.
· Let 1 programme of the series record.
· Move the series folder to within another folder.
· Watch what happens with the next recorded programme for the series.
The next programme will be recorded within a new folder held at the top level. But shortly after a new programme is recorded the new recording will move into the original folder and the new top level folder will be deleted.
This occurs with 1.02.20/2.21 and 1.03.12/2.22 plus the previous incarnations that I had been using.

As af says, this is exactly the designed behaviour for seriesfiler.

I don’t recall having installed seriesfiler but I now see it is on both my active Custom Firmware HDR-FOX T2s! Thanks.

For completeness and the benefit of anyone coming across this thread, seriesfiler is now deprecated in favour of sweeper which can be easily configured to do the same thing.
