Auto scheduler not working as expected

I have an auto scheduler entry looking for "New*Grand Designs" on logical channel number 104 which works fine, and when I click on the matching events button it only finds what it should. However, every week I get a notification that "Grand Designs" has been auto scheduled and a queued command, for example, "Auto-Schedule series 'Grand Designs' on Channel 4 HD (104) at Wed 05 Nov 2025 04:20".

I may have had an auto entry for Grand Designs in the past but not any more as the new episodes have the "New" prefix. Is there a way I can purge the auto scheduler schedule (I only have four entries so would be easy to set up again) or otherwise resolve this?

There is a purge button in RS for clearing existing matches. It's done based purely on a textual match, it doesn't remember the particular series it scheduled it only remembers it got a match so doesn't schedule on further matches.

When you receive one of the unwanted notifications have you checked whether the date is against the "last match" value on the RC screen for the auto entry?
Have you checked both the Standard Rules list and the Advanced Rules list on the RS?
Do you possible have another device registered with an old Grand Designs auto entry?

I don't think there is an easy way without RS administrator involvement.

Would deleting an RS account and re-registering purge everything for that account, (Settings -> Remove Device)?
