BBC4: The channel is scrambled or not available?

That's both episodes now (tonight and last Tues) of Indian Hill Railways that have not recorded. Both give "The channel is scrambled or not available" when I try to play the recordings. I can watch BBC4 live just fine - including tonight's Indian Hill Railways.

All other channels record fine.

Anyone got any idea what's wrong?

AR or padding? Having said that, an AR recording failure usually says "failed to track".
