I'm not aware of any.*
As far as I can tell the use of a USB connected drive appears to be read-only. You can dump video/audio stuff from your PC to a USB drive, plug the USB drive into the Aura and - with a bit of luck - you might be able to play the files.
The only ways I've found to save files from the HDD is using a network connection to a PC (wired rather than WiFi) and use ftp or the DLNA server.
* If you install a file management app and try to save a file to the USB drive you need to grant Android the permission to do it. The app necessary to grant the permission isn't part of Aura's Android. If you try and install the legitimate "Files" app I don't think you can. If you side-load a Files app from another source (even assuming it is the correct and malware free) it doesn't work.
