box freezes when transfering files off it

tying to get some files onto my pc and as you can see box freezes and goes offline twice, does this look okay, or anything else i can check ?

I don't regard this as at all unusual, and mirrors my frequent experience (HomePlug). For whatever reason, the HomePlug network drops out when handling data packets from the HDR-FOX, and has to be rebooted.

Filezilla has the ability to limit the transfer rate (Transfer > Speed limit). Perhaps you could experiment with limiting the speed to see if that makes things more stable.
