Dissed to me means Disconnected..I use it in my work-place all the time.
In modern parlance (not that I like modern parlance) "dissed" is short for "disrespected", and means insulted. I've never in all my engineering years come across it as an abbreviation for disconnected
'
All my working life I have understood that things going 'diss' or 'dissing' something means disconnection. Maybe it is a telecoms or radio/tv thing. Modern parlance goes over my head in the same way as rap 'music'.

Presumably "Dis it" or perhaps "Diss it" or even "Diss it off" are things I've heard quite a few times meaning to disconnect something.
I wish I could follow what you're talking about.
Yes. Once was enough. I don't bother with stuff that is virtually impossible to understand or follow. And the use of a , instead of a ' just irritates more.
