Box Locks up

My HDR is locking its self and becoming unresponsive.
I have to turn off with the switch on the back.

I'm running
Web interface version: 1.2.5-3
Custom firmware version: 3.03 (build 2368)
Humax Version: 1.02.32 (kernel HDR_CFW_3.03)

I've tried fix disk and did find and error in the LBA. Fix-disk is now showing no errors.
I've tried reinstalling the custom firmware.
Shall I try install stock and the back to the mod firmware? Does anyone have any other suggestions?
