Box shuts down at 11.30pm

Sorry if this is a known bug, but at 11.30pm - every day, I think - my box flashes up an on-screen message asking me if I REALLY want to shut down (not sure of exact wording). Frantically grabbing the remote to select CANCEL results in a lot of useless button-pressing - the remote has no effect.

Is this another 'feature' of 1.03.12?

Normally only if someone hasr requested it on their HDR! Have a look at MENU >> Settings >> Preferences >> Time >> Power Off Timer

Well... Blow me down. How did that get in there? I'm sure I've never set that up.
