The pre-8am local news bulletin is back! IIRC they got rid of them in the Covid crisis to allow more time for that coverage.

Don't watch BBC Breakfast that often but when I have I thought I'd seen the local news at that time. Perhaps not and maybe I'm confusing it with 7am.

I'm never up before 9am these days, and usually 10+.

Not that I ever watched breakfast TV or News when I did get up earlier

Here in Cumbria our local news is broadcast from the North East, we hardly get a mention. A waste of time as far as I'm concerned.
