Foxsat HDR.
Signal 90% Quality 100%. no precipitation.
Breakup on picture then signal and quality bars read 0% and stay there. The picture continues to be OK.
Two HDR suffer the same effect.
What could cause this effect?
How does a fault on one of 4 cables connected to a quad LNB affect the other outputs?
I have only noticed it on HD DVB S2 channels .

Graham,
The quad feeds two HDRs , a diseqc an direct feed to each.
The diseqc has 19° and 28° inputs from separate dishes.
The problem seemed to appear after I added a separate 2ft dish for 28°, I found is too fiddly to try to align 13°, 19° and 28° on a multi bracket.
Overload has been suggested but I have reduced the input by sticking bits of aluminum foil on the LNB and of course the diseqc is an attenuator, but to no effect.

Just to wrap this thread up.

Two LNB that I have had for a few years exhibited the effect described at the outset.
I bought a new LNB and everything is perfect.
