Bug: Screensaver Kicks In When It Shouldn't

I have found a bug which might not be confined to the HD-FOX (although that's where I have observed it):

If I switch to a radio service (ClassicFM in my case), and then play a TV recording, the screensaver kicks in regardless that I have video playing (audio continues). If I then press "play" (it's playing anyway), the video returns and there are no further incidents.

Not immediately obvious that this happens on 2000T or an Aura.

l have noticed on one of the Humaxes that, if I'm watching a recording whilst the device is set to a TV channel, the picture flickers sometimes - probably as the aspect ratio changes on the TV or with interference.

By selecting the recording in the Media list and OK>Play from the Start rather than pressing the Play button ?
