Can the PVR-9150T output from both scart sockets at the same time?

Can the PVR-9150T output from both scart sockets at the same time, such as connecting a different TV to each socket, or passing audio out of one socket to an amp and the other socket to a TV?

No. One is an input SCART (for pass through) and the other is an output SCART.
