Cannot access Humax from Laptop

Hi, I can't access my Humax from my laptop for some reason. It was working but now it's not. I can ping the humax so I'm not sure what's going on. It is connected via ethernet (if that makes a difference ?). I have turned it on and off again but that didn't work. I'm using Google Chrome but have tried other browsers which don't work either.

Has the software updated with the recent OTA to 1.03.12? If so you need to install the matching version of the custom firmware.

Hi Martin, yes it has updated with the latest version 1.03.12. Right, so I'll update the firmware then - thanks for that.

Perfect, just finished updating the firmware and it works a treat and now I can access it from my Laptop . Thanks everyone.
