Can't upgrade/remove custom portal extra

Hi guys,

I have been recently trying to upgrade some of my custom firmware apps. Previously, I have both the custom portal and custom portal extra installed. Yesterday I managed to upgrade the custom portal extra. Since then, both of them have disappeared from the installed applications list. If I try to install custom portal, I get an error that custom portal extra is installed. When I use the portal button on the remote, I get the custom portal extra.

How do I remove either or both of these?

If you run the remove_portals diagnostic (from the web interface diagnostics screen should be fine) then that will forcibly remove both portals if they're installed.

I have no idea why they aren't appearing in your list though!
 
I've done that and got the following.

Running: remove_portals
No packages removed.
Removing Custom Portal Directories
Done.

They seem to have gone now though.
