CH4, CH5, ITV BREAK UP

HI All

Please could someone help me with my father in laws box. For a while now he has been receiving messages on the screen to update channels or something like that. I rescanned the channels thinking this would be ok but CH5, CH4 and ITV channels are now breaking up, any ideas why? as they were working before and all +1 channels are working ok.

Agreed. The automatic scan has probably picked up the wrong transmitter for those channels.
