Since when? "Bullies" is the plural of "bully". Regardless of what it might say in various on-line dictionaries, show me a valid entry in the OED or Collins. The only way it works for me is with an apostrophe.
The only way I can see Bullys might be valid is as a verb - eg: "He bullys children" - but I can't find any support for it.
To save stalling the game I'll say for now that it's invalid but if someone can link a reputable reference (and not archaic or urban use) that shows it is valid we can allow it in a future position.
