No, a request to activate a 14-day trial for the Merriam Webster dictionary comes up - but that's US based. The only common form of "fluxer" appears to be in a variety of foreign languages, but as there seems to be an uncommon use as a technical term, so OK then.

(Just because a text string gets hits in a web search, doesn't necessarily make it a real word!)
