Complained to BBC Watchdog

The Panasonic seems pretty steady. Less glitz in the UI and no watching a third channel when two are recording, but I can forgive that to avoid the dreadful experiences with all the humax boxes.
 
I'm on my third DTR T1000, had 2 swaps already and this latest replacement box hardly works at all without freezing and going blank.
My original box was bought about 14 months ago from Argos, is it still possible to go to trading standards about replacement Humax boxes that aren't working?
