Control XBOX 360 DVD player with Humax Remote?

I have the RM-F04 remote that came with my HDR Fox T2.

Being a programmable remote, i wondered if anyone has found a code which allows it to control the DVD player on a XBOX 360?

The Microsoft codes in the manual i've tried don't work - anyone had any joy?

My remote seems to take 3 digit as opposed to 4 digit codes.

163 and 194 in my manual. Are these the ones you have tried?

I think you might be out of luck as you have already tried codes 163 and 194. The 4 digit digit version does have 3 codes for Microsoft e.g. 0522, 1708 and 2083 but you would need someone with a 4 digit remote and a XBOX to try it out. theoretically it is possible to re-program the Humax remotes as they are JP1 compatible, however as far as I know, no-one has done it to the RM-04, only the RM-01 Freesat remote

The 360 isn't infrared.

The 360 has a radio receiver, not infrared which your remote has. You can get plug-in ir receivers for the 360, but is it worth it for you?

It does have an infrared sensor.

My Xbox works with the Humax remote. Let me know if you cant find the code as I have it somewhere.
