Copy from PC back to Humax

Hi all,

I've got everything set up and it all works great, thanks.

Have custom firmware installed and have used webif to copy recordings back to pc.

Is there anyway of transferring files from pc back to humax without using usb drive?

Several ways. Using Samba on the box and Windows Explorer, or using FTP. However you can use the Humax to play back files on your PC without copying them anywhere using the PC's DLNA server and the Humax DLNA client capability.

These are some missing recordings from a series for my wife. Although I could see how to play from network location she wouldn't have the patience .

I didn't think of initiating from the box

Assume from your reply that I navigate to network location then opt+ ?
