af123 prefers users to access files via the sites on the Wiki download page so that he can keep tabs on the download counters, however if you download it once and then place the file somewhere else so that someone else can download it once, I don't think he will object
 
I wonder if the home and work are the same ISP?

I say this because I routinely get a pop-up box that just says "unknown" when downloading the custom FW packages.
I can always get around it by simply re-loading the webif page though. I've always had this I think. Its quite random looking.
I have tried setting the MTU to 1500 but that doesnt stop it.
My guess would be it could be connected to the buffering local ISP servers do.
