Decrypt in-place

I have a recording and attempted to decrypt it in-place. I got the message about sharing maybe not be on and although it was, I turned it off, booted, on again, booted and carried on with the decrypt.

I was suprised to see the result which I have attached. It mentions 'maximum risk'. What is that all about? Is there some risk and if so in what respect?

That's just the name of the file that it is decrypting. Is it the programme or episode name?
 
Oh dear! I am looking for trouble everywhere :(

Of course it is! Maybe I will wake up later, that's the trouble with not having to get up for work. Please delate this thread before I die of shame!
