Decrypt Option Greyed Out

Hi

For the last couple of days I have been unable to decrypt any recordings, the option is greyed out.

Folders set to auto-decrypt fail also.

Any help would be much appreciated.

Check the Content Share setting on the on-screen menus hasn't turned itself off. It does it sometimes.
