Diagnostic 'fix-flash-packages' does not exist

Hello folks,

My T2 did a reset the other day, and come up with the retune screen on boot up. It hasn't done it for a while so I didn’t think it was any different from previous occasions. However, today, after noticing that WebIF was saying that it had crashed and packages had been disabled, I went to Diag to run fix-flash-packages, and it told me that ffp does not exist, in fact none of the diag tools seem to 'exist'. I even tried ffp in Maintenance Mode and it I got the same 'does not exist,' message. Most of WebIF seems to working as normal, and I can access the device from my computer, but when trying to check for packages updates, it says 'ERROR - No network connectivity to package repository - Check your Internet connection and DNS service and then try again."

Is there a way to resolve this in its current state, or do I need to do a System Flush and a reinstall of CF?

NO, you don't need System flush/CF reinstall

Do you use Remote scheduling, if you do when did the RS server last 'see' your humax

It would appear something is blocking your Humax's connection to the external internet but not to your local network,
This is likely to be something in your routers firewall settings, have you made any changes recently?

Yes, fix your DNS or gateway settings (or both) on the Humax. Can you ping 8.8.8.8 from a command prompt or webshell? Can you ping dns.google ? That will tell you which is the problem.

That seems rather unlikely.

fix your DNS or gateway settings
That was it, the Gateway setting was all zeros. Correcting that and it all seems to be working as normal - Thank you.

I don't know if it is related, but in WebIF, my disk usage logo is now only a segment within the circle - any ideas?

I had run diagnostics and fix-flash-packages, but having just checked it again, it seems to have gone back to an almost full circle.
So it look like I am back to normal - thanks for your help.
