Disabling avatars?

Does anyone know if Xenforo have any plans to allow this?

On phpBB, vBulletin etc there is a user preference to disable them which just hides them. For work this can be useful.

I know! It's other people's that I have no control over which is what I'm asking.

It gives you more control over what you see and download, no need to download all those silly avatars and signatures if you don't want to see them
