disabling tsr?

Have tried typing disable_tsr at the diagnostic screen of webif, get the following message:

>>> Beginning diagnostic disable_tsr Running: disable_tsr >>> Ending diagnostic disable_tsr

But timeshifting is still possible? anything else I need/or should be doing?.
