Does the HDR-2000T

Support mheg-ic? I'd like to get one to watch Motors TV but HUMAX are Vague about it on their website.

Yes HDR 2000t does support Motorstv but you cannot set a timed recording for that channel

I was able to set a timer for a program on Motorstv, but afterwards it had a 0 minute file, and trying to play it reported "Recording Failed - appears program was not broadcast".

You cannot record anything shown on MotorsTv unless you connect you Humax to a Dvd recorder. TBH it,s a pain in the arse whoever thought up the idea that MotorsTv should be broadcast this way should be smacked. Best thing is you need a Freeview HD box or Tv to get MotorsTv and is not even broadcast in HD :/
