dvbsnoop - no /dev/dvb ?

I'm used to using dvbsnoop on my Linux PCs. Just installed the opkg on my HDR-FOX T2, and noticed that there's no /dev/dvb on the Humax.

Anyone know what the device files are called on the Humax ? I'm guessing that there should be adaptor0 and adaptor1 (for the two tuners), but 'find' under /dev doesn't locate them.

I haven't loaded this package but I'm guessing it will reside here :- /mod/bin/dvbsnoop

I'm no expert, but such things could have been hard-coded into the humaxtv process.

If that were the case, so there's no way that dvbsnoop can read live streams, then (IMHO) there would be little point in having a dvbsnoop package for the Humax.

The utility is packaged because it's useful for analysing recordings on disk. You can't capture the live stream on the Humax.

Thanks. I've updated the Wiki to make that clear.
