If there are a few programs recorded on the FVP-400-T can you delete all the programs in that folder at once? And how. please

Highlight the folder, press OPT+, select delete and press ok.

I can't see OPT+ on the remote. is there another key equivalent?

Its ok it is showing as + without OPT. Thanks
