FOXSAT-HDR delayed VoD audio

When using any VoD service (including iPlayer, ITV Player, and even the videos on the Jobsite thing), on my FOXSAT-HDR, audio is silent for the first 10 seconds of the video, then it starts, still in-sync with the video, but it effectively means you miss the first 10 seconds of audio.
I have the latest firmware - well, the beta, but I've heard there was no change between beta and final.
 
Muzer, I have the same problem on my HUMAX FOXSAT HD box. There is a work around. Let the video stream play then press the rewind button (not the yellow BACK button). The video will jump back to 0:00, buffer for a second or two then play from the start complete with audio!
