FVP-5000T Netflix disappeared

Hi, Netflix has stopped working on my Humax. When I press Netflix button, nothing happens. The remote is fine. All other apps are working but not this one. I have tried to factory reset it and re-apply firmware via USB but it did not help. I have tried Googling but it seems to be unique only to me. Thanks!
 
When you say that the remote is fine, have you checked that the power button flashes when you press Netflix? Individual buttons can fail, so the rest might be fine, but not that one.

Also, have you tried it from the Players tab after pressing the Freeview Play button (red F)?
 
Red button on remote flashes. If on Freeview I press Netflix button, nothing happens. If I go to Players tab, nothing again. If directly from YouTube I choose Netflix it closes YouTube and goes to Freeview.
 
Oh dear, I can’t offer anything else but to say that, although I don’t use Netflix, I pressed the button and the banner opened up as I would expect to see.
