Green screen of death.

I have a Fox T2 with custom firmware. All was working until this morning when the Mrs was presented with the green screen of death. I assume it is something to do with the HDMI.

1. Is it easily fixable, or should I just remove the hdd and bin it.

2. I have another Fox T2. Would the HDD from the blue screen of death machine be a straight swap to the other machine with Humax firmware?
