HD-FOX T2 No EPG Data in WebIF

If you're up for experimenting, reformat it as EXT2, plug in and go through the CFW bootstrap again (install full web interface etc.) then run the assignhd diagnostic and reboot.. Might get it to start caching the EPG data.

I have now examined my UPD (2GB) using PartedMagic, and it has no file system. This happened coincident with me applying the assignhd diagnostic. Rebuilding...

OK, I'm back to normal. Presumably assignhd triggered the HD-FOX to do something which was incompatible with my 2GB UPD. I don't fancy trying it again until we analyse what might have happened.

I've found this thread again because I was trying to examine the EPG on a HD-FOX using the command line epg tool, which does not appear to be context aware and can't find the EPG cache (on HD-FOX) unless it is told where to look:
Code:
epg -f /media/drive1/epgsavedata

I have updated the relevant wiki entry to reflect this information.
