I recorded a program last night (BBC HD) which when played on the humax is compelte and plays for an 1 hour. When I move it to a usb and foxy it, the program suddenly ends 53 mins in. I suspect the file is corrupt, but I can play the whole 1 hour program on the humax no problem. I tried a different USB stick and the same thing happens.

    Any suggestions?

You've hit the 4GB limit for a FAT-formatted USB stick. Look up "FAT32" in the glossary.
