HDR 1100S - No subtitles on Channel 4 channels?

Hey all, is anyone still getting subtitles on the C4 stations (Channel 4, film 4, E4, More 4)? They're not appearing on my 1100S anymore. Other stations (BBC, C5, etc) are still showing subtitles, so I wonder if C4 have decided to remove them?

Apparently it's a lingering effect of the problems at Red Bee Media which happened over the weekend. Not seen any indication from C4 or Red Bee of when the service will be back.
