True. I wonder why they rotated the fan connector.
With the disk caddy in place it is much easier to disconnect the fan from the RE board.

I'll post a thread about this when I have time, but since the PSU of the RE version is 12V only, some of the power regulation happens on the main board, which has five capacitors not present in the original model. The capacitors they used (Samyoung brand) are not the most reliable.

I wonder if that is the reason that the easy of finding RE versions viable for sale on ebay is a lot less than it was about 5 years ago.
