how do i update to latest raydon firmware over my network?

I seem to remember that after installing the first custom firmware it is then possible to do further upgrades over the network without a usb stick.

I can't find the instructions for this - please could somone point me in the right direction?
 
I've just recieved a reply about this on another forum and it seems my memory has played tricks with me and this isn't possible. could have sworn i had!
 
If it is anything like the HDR-FOX custom firmware, the kernel stuff has to be installed as a conventional firmware update by USB, and the additional packages are loaded or updated via the Internet. This may be what is confusing you.
