Are there any other logs which do these? Not all freezes, crashes and other events forcing a reboot cause an entry in the crash.log
No, because logging depends on the system being sufficiently alive and aware of a problem to write to a logAre there any other logs which do these?
Not sure - I have 9 entries that are 13 or 14 secondsSo I did hear correctly that some crash logs get erased. Phew, not senile yet.
4 of my crashes occurred within 14 sec from booting. Wonder what that means.
No you didn't. They don't get erased, they just don't get written in the first place (which is not the same thing). So I did hear correctly that some crash logs get erased.
Some logs like webif-error.log are overwritten by reboot
I'd come to that conclusion. Not all freezes, crashes and other events forcing a reboot cause an entry in the crash.log
This guy, as useful as his emos."Anyway, I'm not about to start having a barney."
Any of 13 or 14s ?On my main HDR, there are 12 recorded crashes since March this year, so average of 1.5 times per month. I think there are a handful of unrecorded crashes which will push up the average to nearer 2 crashes per month.
Out of the 12 reported crashes, 1 was within 15s and 2 were within 2000s.Any of 13 or 14s ?
