How to get a Registration Code?

I don't seem to be able to get my Aura to create a registration code. I've been trying almost every day for the past couple of weeks with no success. I have a working Aura App on a tablet but I need the app on my phone because I won't be able to access Wi-Fi on the two week cruise I'm going on (Wi-Fi packages on cruise ships are horrendously expensive!).

If anyone has any suggestions they would be much appreciated. As a thought, is there a better chance of getting the code if I factory reset the box?

You can always get plenty of free WiFi in the ports, usually great in the terminals. We do this all the time, even though we have worldwide eSIMs, it’s the fun of the chase

Understandable, they use a satellite link.
