How to Reboot Aura?

I've read that the Aura needs a reboot every so often due to a problem that only a reboot will solve, but how do I do this?
I've not noticed it in the manual.

The Aura will do an automatic reboot every 4 days. To do one manually, put the box in standby, wait for the hard drive to stop spinning, turnoff the power supply, wait 20 seconds and then turn on the power again.
