Humax FVP5000T All4 Player "4401-NETWORK-FILE" error

From yesterday, I cannot watch All4 player on FVP5000T connected by LAN cable to router. I have tried switching the Humax box OF/ON no change, I have tried resetting data, no change. I can view All4 on phone and tablet OK.
I also find Channel5 player not working also.
Anyone else suddenly having these issues on a Humax FVP5000T?
 
The 5000T's catchup players are gradually failing.

I have given up using them in favour of a Firestick, which has always been more reliable and faster.
