What country are you in? Are you trying to update with a UK version of the software? A UK HD-FOX would have software versions that start KZTFT which would explain why your box with a version starting AZSNA won't update.

The HD-FOX+ is a satellite receiver, not to be confused with the HD-FOX T2.
