Humax HDCI-2000- an update

Hello, an update. I contacted Humax recently for the last firmware for this unit ( V1.00.15 or V1.00.16), they did try and help, but they no longer could supply this.
Maybe someone on this forum has the firmware file still on their PC for this unit ?

We are primarily a UK readership, and (so far as I know) HDCI-2000 is not a UK model, so don't hold your breath*. Why wouldn't Humax be able to provide current firmware? Seems strange, unless they were just fobbing you off**.

* A British idiom meaning 'don't rely on it' (if you hold your breath awaiting the desired result you'll asphyxiate).

** Another idiom meaning 'telling you anything just to get rid of you'.
