I have myself 2 Humax products, the older PVR 9200T and the later HDR Freeview. They work prefectly (with the occasioanal reboot at back switch).
I bought a FreeSAT HDR for my daughter. It has been nothing but trouble. Picture freezing/jumping about, etc - totally unwatchable.
It has been repaired by Humax twice in only 5 months.
My daughter tells me it is playing up again. On the last 2 occasions I connected the old Sky box and it worked OK.
Whilst waiting for unit to be collected for the third time I thought I would write and complain to the service manager as my emails to service department are being ignored.
Can anyone please tell me the right postal address for the Humax Aftersales Service Manager?
