Humax spares

I find it inconceivable that Humax cannot supply me with a new power supply. I need a spare for my second home and want to ensure that I'm sending the correct voltage to the unit but they do not supply them !

If the one I have is faulty then they will exchange the whole Humax 1000s - how ridiculous is that ??
