My HDR Fox T2 is showing a HD-Fox T2 image in the TV Portal.

Is this normal?

Yes it has always done this, It has been reported that When the Humax HD-Fox T2 logs into the Humax Portal, that a HDR is displayed and Vice-Versa, it has been suggested that Humax are advertising the 'Other Model'. I'm not sure that is the reason but if they did just get it the wrong way around, they are in no hurry to put it right as it has been that way since the TV portal started

I notice that the HD-Fox T2 / HDR Fox T2 image displayed in the TV portal is now sometimes replaced with a 'Service Message'

Never seen that, but I don't use it very often. Perhaps they have found a better way than the interminable loading and error message.
