Hummy [rs.hpkg.tv] - Slow today?

I have just tried to access the RS website and it takes an age to load. When it does, it is missing some graphical niceties. I have cleared the browser cache and tried several different web browsers with the same result.

I don't believe it's my network as all other sites load and function correctly.
Has anyone else experienced this today?

That's just a result of the slow load - eventually the browser gives up.
